There are untold truths but salespersons at the showflats are engaged to sell you, presenting the pros & hiding the cons.

 

I have met a client in the resales market that shared with me how upset he (and family) is to be convinced by a showflat salesperson many years back to buy a Freehold, city fringe property but had to sell at a disappointed lower price due to personal problem few years later.

He was shocked when i revealed to him what were the shocking facts on his purchase even though it is a Freehold property.
